The Swine Flu- Introduction to Synergy Plus
By: Haim Schloss

A New Pandemic – The Swine Flu (compiled from various news sources)Swine Flu-Synergy Plus
In April 2009 a new strain of flu virus A was identified as a sub-species of H1N1. By the summer of 2009 the disease had spread throughout most of the world. In July 2009 the disease was officially declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO) stating that in the majority of cases the symptoms were light.

Although this disease is a variant of the human flu and does not affect swine, the disease was unofficially dubbed 'swine flu' at the beginning because it contains genetic segments of the swine flu pathogen.

Symptoms of the disease in humans are similar to those of regular flu: fever (38C or higher), headache, fatigue, stomach ache, loss of appetite, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, sore throat, chills, muscle aches, and in some cases vomiting and diarrhea.

Infection occurs through contact with respiratory secretions of an infected person – through coughs and sneezes. The infection can be transmitted though airborne or direct contact with an infected object (such as door handles). When an infected person touches his mouth or nose and then touches the object, he contaminates it. If another person touches this object and then touches his mouth, nose or eyes without washing his hands first he can transfer the infection to himself. These forms of infection are very common, especially when in close contact with an infected person – such as sharing a room or airplane flight with an infected individual.

The primary recommended approach is prevention.
The methods of prevention for swine flu are similar to those for regular flu – maintaining good hygiene and washing hands often – especially those parts of the body through which the virus can pass from outside the body to inside. Pay special attention to washing hands with soap, ensuring that unwashed hands do not touch one’s mouth, nose or eyes.

Using a tissue or toilet paper when coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose, and dispose of it after a single use. Do not use a fabric handkerchief which may be used multiple times.

We recommend carrying with you a plastic bag containing some cotton wool soaked in Synergy Plus in which to dispose used tissues. If you do not have a tissue with you, do not cover your mouth with your hand, but instead cough into the crook of your elbow.

An in-depth knowledge of essential oils in the treatment of flu and viruses provides an additional perspective
A clinical study at Weber State University acknowledged that at least 4 essential oils had the ability to kill airborne bacteria and germs by spraying essential oils in the room. This knowledge known since the dawn of history, if particularly important as bacteria and viruses do not develop resistance to essential oils as they do to antibiotics and synthetic medications.
The essential oils damage both the membrane of the pathogen and those pathogens without a membrane. In order to be effective, the essential oils used against the pathogen must be pure and natural oils.

Our recommendation for prevention, relief and treatment is Synergy Plus.
A unique synergistic blend made up of pure essential oils. A great deal of thought and research went into the preparation of this blend in order to concentrate much accumulated knowledge of the properties of the oils used – and their ability to enhance these properties in each other producing the ‘synergy’ between them. This approach emphasizes the inherent potential of the essential oils to withstand and resist pathogens.

Ingredients: star of anis, cinnamon, cassia, S.M.B., myrrh, olibanum, lemongrass, oregano, cedarwood, myrtle, Melissa.
